Reserve Law School in the United States. The Firm serves a large

Ronald E. Pump, an American Legal Consultant, has more
than 16 years of legal experience in the Middle East and has
served as Regional Counsel for AT&T based in Egypt. Mr. Pump
advises clients on foreign direct investment, corporate
structure matters, agency and distribution agreements. He
publishes the American Bar Association’s prestigious annual
survey of Saudi law and co-edits MENALAW, a publication on
agency and distribution agreements in the Middle East. He also
edits the annual International Franchise Law Update.
Kamal Khalifa, a Sudanese national holds an LL.B. and is
a graduate of Khartoum University. He is a veteran lawyer with
twenty five years of legal practice, including 12 years of
part-time lecturing on Business Law at a Sudanese university. He
is expert on Business Law in general, Corporate Law, Commercial
Agreements and Translations, especially Foreign (European,
American etc.), Commercial litigation pleadings. He is
Bilingual- Arabic and English (specially professional English)
and is experienced in legal practice in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.
Dr. Babiker Bakri, a Sudanese national holds Bachelor,
Masters, Ph.D. degrees from a Sudanese university. He has
fourteen years of legal experience, including twelve years as a
practicing judge in Sudan and was nominated to Court of Appeal
but declined and preferred private practice. He was a part-time
Lecturer of law in a Sudanese university. He is an expert on
Civil and Criminal pleadings and litigation and a reference in
Islamic Legal Principles their interpretation and application,
drafting civil and commercial contracts, and is experienced in
Legal practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Moustafa Al-Saud, a Syrian national holds Bachelors
degree from Beirut University 1997. He has seven years
experience practicing law and administration. His main duty
includes drafting of commercial and employment contracts,
preparation of the proceedings & documentations of the cases.
Mohammed Al-Hammadi: a Saudi national holds Bachelors
degree in law from King Saud University 1420H. He has 5 years
experience in law practice, attended training course at London
UK. Good working experience of all cases and follow-up at all
judicial levels in Saudi Arabia.
Thamir Al-Jasir: a Saudi national holds Bachelors degree
in law from King Saud University 1420H. He has 5 years
experience in civil & criminal law suits, financial, &
employment. An in depth practice of commercial contract
